Volunteers
The Macphail Homestead Foundation relies on volunteer help to operate. If you enjoy working with other community minded people and would like to garden, serve dinners at special functions, help research and design historical exhibits or participate in a variety of other opportunities, please complete the form and mail it to the Homestead address above.

Memberships
Whether you are interested in heritage, nature, community or a unique combination of all three, the Foundation encourages you to consider becoming a member. Members are kept informed through a semi-annual newsletter and are able to provide direction to the Foundation by participating on one of our committees, becoming a Director on the Board or by attending our Annual General Meeting on the last Sunday in May. Our membership dues are $25 for individuals or families and help financially support the Foundation.
Donations
The Macphail Homestead Foundation is a registered charity and all donations will receive a charitable receipt. Without the generous support of many individuals and corporations, the Foundation would not be able to maintain this beautiful facility. If you wish, your donation can be made in as a gift on someone's behalf and a beautiful acknowledgement card with an ink sketch of the homestead will be mailed to that person recognizing the gift. Financial donations can also be made towards a specific purpose, ie., the garden restoration project, artifact exhibits, or architectural maintenance.
