Our 1 acre organic garden has been open for three seasons, which is  managed by Scott Taylor with assistance from Amanda Drake. This garden is an essential component to the tea room menu and our kitchen programming as we use organic vegetables in a variety of our dishes. Produce is available for sale in seasonal, either ‘U Pick’ or ‘We Pick’
